ERT staff kept us all informed and completed the closing fairly easily for all sellers.
My seller was at a medical care facility in Robbinsdale. We needed to meet the sellers to pre-sign and Katie accommodated my sellers by meeting them at the care facility which was a wonderful convenience for my sellers!

It was easy to come in to sign papers when it was convenient for me, and my team at Edina communicated with me at each step in the process leading up to closing about what was accomplished and what still needed to be done.
Eric goes above and beyond on all his closings, but he hit this one out of the park! My out of state sellers were not comfortable with an online signing….so Eric went to their house in Arizona while he was on vacation and signed them in person!! Unbelievable service!!
