We purchased a home in Savage in 2009. Prior to that time it was our good fortune to encounter a realtor named, Steve Hoems. We were living in St. Cloud, intending to move to the metro and over a period of perhaps 2 years we had the pleasuure of riding with Mr. Hoems around the metro on many weekends looking at homes and eventually Steve was compensated somewhat for all the gasoline he had expended on us when we finally purchased the home in Savage.
When it became necessary to move there was only one realtor to call for assistance -- the consumate professional Mr. Hoems and again we are more than well pleased with his valued assistance in selling the home we had purchased in 2009. Steve is the best.

This was a tough one for my family. It was the sale of our father’s home, who had recently passed. Eric and his team went above and beyond. There were title issues that resulted in several closing delays. Everyone stepped up and pushed forward to the closing. Great job!

The staff were very accommodating, despite the need to work with 8 owners, including 2 out-ot-state and 4 who would not be available on the seller's closing date.
ERT staff kept us all informed and completed the closing fairly easily for all sellers.
My seller was at a medical care facility in Robbinsdale. We needed to meet the sellers to pre-sign and Katie accommodated my sellers by meeting them at the care facility which was a wonderful convenience for my sellers!
