We purchased a home in Savage in 2009. Prior to that time it was our good fortune to encounter a realtor named, Steve Hoems. We were living in St. Cloud, intending to move to the metro and over a period of perhaps 2 years we had the pleasuure of riding with Mr. Hoems around the metro on many weekends looking at homes and eventually Steve was compensated somewhat for all the gasoline he had expended on us when we finally purchased the home in Savage.
When it became necessary to move there was only one realtor to call for assistance -- the consumate professional Mr. Hoems and again we are more than well pleased with his valued assistance in selling the home we had purchased in 2009. Steve is the best.
