Ryan had everything prepared and ready to go when we arrived. He was able to explain each portion when asked, and did so in a way that was easily understood. The office was CoVID ready, and measures were in place for health safety.

They offered curbside closing - very important to me as someone considered high-risk for COVID19. It was quick and easy, and everything we signed was explained clearly.

Tricia is working very hard to keep everything together with both have an employee leave and the difficulties of Covid. She let me know right away what was going on & we had good communication throughout the time she was in charge! Good time to give a raise!

Edina title is always great. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is that I wasn't able to see the ALTA ahead of time and there was a mistake on it.
