ERT and Jennifer Cornelius went above and beyond to ensure my buyers were able to close despite their lender being late with everything on closing day. They understood my buyers were stressed since they weren't able to close on their original close date and had to wait a week for the lender. Thank you for making my clients very happy ... and making me and Edina Realty look good!

Clients were happy and taken care of. Only wished I could have attended the closing. I know its corporate level, but wish the decisions to have agents there/not there at closing (and/or pre-signing) would be client driven, if that makes sense? (still, I understand why we are doing this)
