We will miss interacting with Carie and Erin, and we really loved Erin's "house warming" gift at closing. We have felt cared for and in good hands every step of the way. Everything went well except for the acknowledgment on the amendment based on price change and seller paying for taxes on the property based on split. Closer should have caught that. Problem with buyers/,closer in finalizing outcome.
