Everything went properly were used the services of the Northfield Edina Realty branch. The buyers were using them. The seller lived in northern Minnesota, and actually signed paperwork out of the St. Cloud office, and she picked her check up out there and everything went smoothly. We have excellent closers in those locations and all the proper stuff they communicated with me so that I could communicate with my customers, I just want to just say how great they are and surely gates is a tremendous closer in Northfield and I’ve used her several times
