Our closing went very smooth as Amy met with both sellers individually to presign. At closing, it was shared that the sellers were having a hard time finding placement for their two cats. This was a big stressor on both the husband and the wife. Incredibly, Amy offered to Foster both cats until the sellers get suitable housing.
