We had a great experience with closing. Once minor hiccup occurred when the seller's title company said that they didn't receive one of the closing documents, but we were about to work with our agent and with ER Title to get everything squared away quickly.

Lauren Hannan does such a great job! Always on top of everything. I work with a lot of families with older parents selling so communication super important and she does a great job!

My closing agent was so kind and patient. She did everything possible to make sure my closing went off with ease and it wasn’t easy. But despite snow and slow FedEx we got everything done and on time. I truly appreciate Denise Crosley’s participation in the sale of my house.
