Our closer was well prepared at the closing. We appreciated her sending things and contacting us in advance of the closing so that there were no surprises at closing. Also appreciated that she was flexible enough to change the closing from a virtual closing to an in person closing just a couple of days before the closing. It was an excellent experience!
