My interactions with Lauren Hannan. She was unfailingly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, yet warm. It was a slightly tricky transaction in that my husband is a Canadian citizen, so there are the usual extra steps to be taken plus additional ones because of the restrictions of the moment. It necessitated my doing some research as well. In this regard there were frustrations along the way. She was empathetic, open to discussion of my findings, and never condescended or dismissed them because of her superior knowledge in the field.

Closing time was 8AM, and boy, did I have a hangover. Lisa Lund was the best. I started with black coffee and that wasn't enough. She said we have Coca Cola. That did it. Thanks for the Diet Coke Lisa! I felt much better by 8:30AM!!!
Again, Amber was very helpful in understanding what we were signing at the closing. She was also helpful in pointing out a few of the details that need to be addressed following closing (e.g. filing for homestead, etc.)

Since we represented the sellers who pre=signed, we were not present at the closing. We were notified asa soon as it closed, and our seller was called concerning the proceeds check. All went smoothly.
