We were informed every step of the way about what to expect and when to expect it. The fact that we were able to complete the closing remotely made the closing very easy. Also, having the proceeds wired to our bank account was a HUGE plus since we were initially informed that we would receive a check mailed to our address.

Amber was very good at providing early guidance as well as performing the closing process -- she has a very clear and calming demeaner. Also, Randy Kellogg attended the closings which was an added benefit i.e. could consult with both Randy and Amber on our questions.
