Lauren Hannon & Leah Holt were and have always been on top of everything from the moment the sale file is turned in to title search, verifying docs, warranty info, earnest money, lien waivers as needed, pre-signings, friendly closing, tracking the funds, to overall great communication with client, Realtors, and even other title company involved in the transactions for the journey to successful closing.
