Super flexible. They sent the closer to meet my dad at his nursing home, he is cognizant but setting up transportation is a nightmare as he is in a wheel chair. They gave us a choice of time slots, showed up on time, brought everything that we needed to close on the house, explained each item as she asked him to sign and finished in less than 15 minutes.
