The communication leading up to the closing about what to bring and what to expect was very helpful so that there were no surprises or missing items that would delay closing. Our representitive coordinated communication between our agent and lender to streamline processes too. We really appreciated being able to utilize and and all electronic document filing and signing features too in order to make closing as quick and painless as possible. The 1-on-1 relationship with the same representative made it feel more personal and secure too.

I appreciate that everything is located within the same signing program. However, the number of different emails/notifications of a bit extreme... I wish there was a way to make the process a bit more concise so that I didn't receive 15-20 emails about different documents and steps to take.
