It was very helpful being able to read all of the documents online the day before closing. I was able to take my time and research anything I had questions on. I felt very prepared and comfortable. I was able to sign a majority of documents electronically in the morning, so the actual closing appointment was quick and efficient.
Everyone involved was very helpful and made sure to check if I had questions throughout the process. I did not feel rushed at all, and it was very stress-free. Everyone at the Chanhassen office was incredibly nice and supportive, it made the entire experience exciting and positive.
I was expecting something stressful and lengthy based on what others have told me about closing, and this was the complete opposite. It made buying a home feel easy!
