This was a difficult closing - sellers were in different locations with time zones 13 hours apart. They were not on the same page - Becky handled it with her usual charm and grace. Everyone is happy in the end.
Beth Allinder went above and beyond in this closing. Burnet Title royally screwed up the transfer of money from the 8:30am closing of the sale of these clients' home. That money was needed for their cash purchase at noon. To put it nicely, it was a complete cluster due to Burnet's lack of professionalism, total disregard for your clients, and complete failure to try to solve the problem. The problems were all solved by Beth's and Jim Young's hard work.
We finally got the money, 6 hour later, only because of Jim's work, Beth's work and Beth dropping everything for hours and driving to Burnet to get a check.
Anyway, it was crazy. Thank you very much for getting this done for my clients.
