They were extremely detailed oriented and communicated very effectively! It was great that they had the complimentary shuttle service as my husbands car took a couple days but they were able to fix our check engine light so we could pass inspection.

I had the inspector at the car wash down the street tell me my car couldn’t pass inspection because my passenger window was broken. I pulled up the criterion on the net and of course she was wrong. Took it someplace else and they said it wouldn’t pass because the passenger side mirror was broken off. I knew better at that point but was getting concerned. Finally found you hidden away. I was out of there in 20 minutes.

Friendly, and fast service.

Great deal on my oil change, only $40 full synthetic. Tax included. Only one tiny thing that bothered me is, the technician messed with my radio station and settings. My husband works for Safelite auto glass and he said that, he always puts the customer's car back just how they left it. He prides himself on returning the vehicle Like they had it.

LEE and the staff are very professional kind and courteous the work they’ve done to the automobile was my daughters she’s only had it back for a few days but she says she’s very pleased with the performance although she needs some work done to her car on other things I’m fixing on taking it back so they can take care of the struts and shocks and the four wheel alignment soon. Their turnaround is pretty quick I was dealing with them in a different state and I was surprised how easy it was.

Everyone, especially Lee Lopez, were so very professional and informative, that it made you feel you and your vehicle was important in a very caring way. They explained all the work that needed to be done immediately and work that was in the future. In these days and times, that means a lot!!!

Everyone is eager to help and take care of the customers issues. The waiting room is pleasant and always very clean.

They were so polite and professional and kept me updated. I also called after I left as my floor pan splash shield was dragging for a few miles. I called and they said they didn’t work on the front of my car but was willing to send a car out to help me. I ended up pulling the shield off and went back to them and they screwed it back on for me. They didn’t have to do that so to me that is awesome above and beyond customer service.
