Sunday night CoreRestore with Abiola was a perfect wind down. I love how quite and calm the studio is at that time. Candlelight with a city view is the best.

Visited 2x while in CLT for business this week. Both classes & instructors were excellent. I’ve been a member for 10+ years and visit studios across the country frequently. Love the consistency!

The instructors are excellent. Each instructor in their own individual way bring out something different for each class. The flows are challenging, but easy to follow along with and chose your own level of difficulty throughout class.

I would personally like more options for C2 classes. More midday options. 11-3

The community, feeling like my brain fog is gone, and the workout is fun!

I really like the flow of the classes and the energy of the instructors.

One suggestion to improve the experience in a small studio is to mark the floor where mats should be placed to maximize the space for all. If classes aren’t full then yogis could spread out beyond the marked space.

LOVE the variety of class offerings and the heat! Some of the C2 classes could be hotter at the Midtown studio in particular (class temps seem to vary depending on the instructor). The YS classes are a blast but sometimes challenging to hear the instructor over the music. Maybe better mics?! Please don’t turn the music down. :-)

Montana provided very clear guidance during our practice. Check in and greeting was wonderful just like a "welcome home" as I am travelling from out of state.

Caroline was very welcoming and explained everything about the studio and membership very well. She was also the instructor and did an excellent job. It was a very good class and great workout. The space is very clean, organized well, and spacious.

Instructors we very good, and facilities were consistent with what is expected at CorePower.
