Loved the Sculpt class I took! Tough workout and great soundtrack! Temperature of class was perfect too. I like my classes on the hotter side of the spectrum so attending an evening class was definitely good for me since the room has been warming all day.

Also the new space is great. Feels very open, fresh, clean!

Lastly, the class times are really good! You can find something that fits your schedule generally.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love the classes, studio and culture at CPY. I just wish Midtown had more weekday morning and late afternoon class options. No weekday classes between 7:00 - 9:00 AM or between 1:00 - 4:00 PM is frustrating. I'd love to see 7:30 AM and/or 8:00 AM weekday classes and more HPF on the schedule.
