I love Core Power! The classes are all very challenging and relaxing at the same time - the only thing I wish is that there was a 5:45 class or a 6pm class! I would def recommend to a friend, my boyfriend loved it when he had his 2 week all access!
CorePower Yoga gives me not only an amazing workout, but a space to clear my head from anything hectic in my day and allow me to reflect on myself. I love the encouraging teachers who always offer some sort of mantra or intention at the beginning of class and the wonderful community of people that it has built.

Love the space--it's within walking distance. Also love the supportiveness of the teachers. They are always coming up with interesting new ideas for classes, and that's super fun to know you'll be challenged and experience a diversity of poses every time.

I am visiting the area and immediately looked up CPY of which there are two in the Charlotte area. Love knowing there is consistency in the CPY experience. Over the past 5+ years with CPY, I have gotten spoiled with the amenities to clean up afterwards so the only reason for the 9 is no deodorant, mouthwash, toiletries and that the lockers were not in changing room. Petty items which have nothing to do with the instructor, just nice perks for someone who showers, blow dries and heads back to work.

I enjoy the ease of practicing here. I walk in, am greeted by my teacher, told where I am practicing, and allowed to get ready to practice in a peaceful space.
The room is dimly lit and set up for reflection prior to class
The teachers seem to teach their own style but with similar intention. I enjoy classes here and all That have taught me thus far.
With space between classes, I never feel rushed or in the way after class. This is important for me in a studio. (In my mind, ‘Turn and burn’ classes and the depth of an intentional yoga practice do not work well together. )
Having practiced for many years at different studios around the country, I am happy to find a peaceful, intentionally run studio space in Charlotte.

The teachers are very friendly and put a lot of effort into teaching each class. There is also a variety of class times offered that I can make it to a lot of classes with my work schedule.
Instructors
The instructors are so wonderful, and the classes are intentional and challenging. Almost everyone who walks in is greeted by name and made to feel special. Really love coming to the studio = )

Instructor quality, class options, consistent high quality experience, heat, friendly and open atmosphere, clean/quality/spacious facilities.
Consistent fresh energy, studios are nice, sequencing is different for each teacher. Retail sales are better than at the store/online.
Me and my wife came to charlotte for New Years and ended up staying a couple extra days, and I am so happy I did!
Our Uber driver took the wrong exit & made us late, however Mackenzie understood and very generously accommodated us! Instead of turning us away, she let us take the next one and didn’t charge us since we originally paid for the 11am.
Above that, she is actually one of the best instructors we’ve encountered. Her rhythm, demeanor, and bright personality mixed with the ambiance of her studio will not only make us, but i highly recommend you give this place a try.
Ps, the showers and facility are really clean which is a big bonus !!!
