I liked the way that they explained everything that was wrong w vehicle .

Service was good & professional but...I came in to have the front alignment checked. So my expectation was I would sit down a few minutes while they checked it. It was explained they also would do a courtesy inspection of the vehicle at no cost.

Little did I realize it would take 1 & 1/2 hours to do all this.

Maybe it was me, but it would be good to give a time frame for people opting for the inspection.

Thorough analysis, detailed explanations, options if repairs needed! Peace of mind!

#1 Very Professional Staff as you check in @ the Front Desk, #2 Shop guys the same thing I love how you all take the pictures so we the customer can see what needs to be done or not.#3 The Write up guys are not pushy @ all they tell you their opinion and make recommendations and we go from there. One of the Best Auto shops I've ever have had to business with.

I really trust them, and I like the way they tell you whats wrong with the vehicle, and don't push you to fix it . They are always smiling and make you feel comfortable while you wait. I am an older lady, and they treat me with so much respect. I will recommend them to everyone.
