Everyone that I spoke to on the phone were friendly and courteous. They answered my questions and made me feel as if I were a part of the process of getting my car repaired. Everyone was nice and helpful. I like that updates regarding my vehicle was sent via text. I was able to watch a video regarding the diagnosis of my vehicle that was sent via text. On the day my vehicle was scheduled for diagnosis, the staff took their time explaining other extended warranty providers and advised that I consider those providers since the provider I currently have is not easy to deal with. I arrived a few minutes after close of business and the staff was so kind to assist me with getting my vehicle.

Christian Brothers Automotive is always fair. They give more thorough explanations than is the norm for the auto repair industry. Prices are reasonable, and one generally has the impression that they are actively trying to save money and only recommend what is needed. Consequently they'll get more business because the customer will continue coming back, as opposed to making a killing once but never seeing the customer again. They're also excellent with communication in general as far as keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
