CorePower Yoga classes in San Jose have been great for my health and well-being. They are the perfect break from a busy day to get the meditation and exercise I need.

I loved the energy Rose brought to class. I also appreciate how welcoming she was when I checked in. I can’t wait to take her next class. I’m for sure going to be a regular at her Monday morning class.

As for all CorePower studios. I wish instructors would assist with hands on form adjustments; I feel this is very important to get the most out of the class

Nice amenities and studio atmosphere, conveniently located with convenient parking. Instructor (Liberty) was lovely; really enjoyed her class.

Clean, great classes

Instructors are great! and closest location to my home. I always have a good workout.
However, parking can be a little challenged.
