I enjoy all my classes. I like the variety of challenges, each instructor provides in the class. while I love the location. I would really appreciate it if there was another core power that was closer to south San Jose. We used to have one an hour then and that closed down and now it’s really difficult to deal with traffic and come to Class.

I signed up to have one week trial free and I love it so much. I wished that core yoga close to North Valley

I enjoyed Charlotte’s 6:45 Power Yoga 2 course that incorporated light handweights for assisted extension in twists. Her verbal cues were excellent and helped me with my form.

I love how much mirror space this studio has -- the long rooms are awesome. Carlo's CSX class if my favorite!

downtown has been a really great club with lots of nice people taking classes and every instructor Ive had there has been spectacular. Please give Tiffany a regular C2 class her flow was awesome and seemed more challenging than some others but also produced a more natural flow!

Kayla was fairly new but she was incredible. I like that she does it with us and makes sure we aren’t left alone. Supportive and a great instructor.

I’ve taken several classes at this studio, and each one has exceeded my expectations. The environment is spotless, and the instructors, besides being highly professional, are kind and attentive. Without a doubt, it’s the perfect place to connect with yoga and well-being. Highly recommended!
