The instructor was amazing! Denise welcomed me showed me around as it was my first time. I had taken a class Y1 at Santa Clara and I just couldn’t keep up. It felt like a cardio class. Denise was so thorough and walked around to help with poses. I will be back and plan to take her class.

Shannon made me feel welcome at front desk and the C2 class was well built toward the peak pose of hand stand.
At Savasana, Shannon put a cold towel on my forehead, which was so nice and even cured a hint of headache that I was having.
I have been coming here and taking CSX class. I really love the format and had so much fun taking Tori’s classes, full of energy, great music and coaching every time. 🙌
