I loved the sound bath experience with Kristen & Nicole at CorePower Rockridge

I love that there are free community classes on Sundays! Please keep them around. The instructors at Rockridge are also very kind.

Awesome instructors and great classes! Two feedback items about the studio space:

*The door closer hinge in Studio 2 is broken and the door closes/slams really loudly.

*In Studio 1, the rear speaker that is connected to the instructor's headset, cuts in and out. The connection to the headset microphone is intermittent.

The Rockridge location is great! The instructor, Miles, was so welcoming and I really like his classes. I say keep hiring people—whether leadership or instructors—that foster a safe space of healing and wellness! I just wish the Rockridge and Grand Lake locations offered more late morning/midday classes on Thursdays.

Top notch teachers accompanied by great music selections. Studio is nice and clean.

Love that you have a parking garage. Sad that you no longer have merchandise available due to break-ins. It seems you have a teacher shortage as some of my favorites are no longer there and some of the current ones are teaching too much and they are not great. Teachers need to speak more loudly or use a microphone, which they have said they don't like to do. Overall though I am happy with Rockridge.

Great location. Instructors are motivating and play great music. Also, a good mix of the various classes offered by CPY.

My class was incredible!! I LOVED the cold towel at the end!!!!!! It was amazing! I've never felt so relaxed.

great workout! I loved the Yoga Sculpt. The instructor was a great communicator and kept me inspired, especially at the challenging parts of class.

I attend classes at the Rockridge and Grand Lake studios in the East Bay regularly but have also attended CorePower locations in San Francisco, Boston, Minneapolis.

Very nice experience. I like the warm room, warm instructor, clean bathroom.

I would like to request that when a class is completely full that the door gets cracked at some point. I enjoy the heat of the rooms but a packed class can make it difficult to breathe.

Great workout, warm community!

Great class, great instructor, not overly crowded. Only downside is the person next to me had a cold and was coughing and sniffling the whole time and there wasn’t really a spot to move to.

Love the studio - always such a sensory treat to do an in-person class with the lighting, heat, and great instructors leading it. Really enjoy going there.

Kristen was an excellent teacher! She was able to show me different poses to do as a new student which made me feel more confident. I also really enjoyed the soundbath.
