I would like to request that when a class is completely full that the door gets cracked at some point. I enjoy the heat of the rooms but a packed class can make it difficult to breathe.

Great class, great instructor, not overly crowded. Only downside is the person next to me had a cold and was coughing and sniffling the whole time and there wasn’t really a spot to move to.

Love the studio - always such a sensory treat to do an in-person class with the lighting, heat, and great instructors leading it. Really enjoy going there.
Kristen was an excellent teacher! She was able to show me different poses to do as a new student which made me feel more confident. I also really enjoyed the soundbath.
Teachers are great- clean facilities
The Sculpt is very good. Very packed class but it still worked. Only complaint I have is the music was too loud.. maybe I am just old and deaf to hear the instructor well :)
Otherwise, I loved it. I love the cardio and weight aspect with Sculpt.
Also tried the regular Yoga, not for me because it's not intense enough.

I love the classes that I have taken at CorePower Rockridge through ClassPass. I enjoy taking different workout classes to see what I truly enjoy and I can confidently say that I would come back and purchase a full membership in the new year. The teachers are so energetic and have different sequences which I thoroughly enjoy.

I’ve been practicing at CorePower for about a year and a half now and it’s just the best for me. I LOVE how hot the rooms are, I love the instructors and the music and the flows. Over the last few month I’ve been trying other studios around my area just to see what else is out there and every single studio leaves something to be desired. CPY is where it’s at.

I really like Kristen R.’s classes. I’ve been practicing with her since she started teaching at Core Power and her classes are amazing. I appreciate her music selections and that it’s a flow class!!! 💕

I love that more low heat Sculpt classes have been offered lately! I know that's the case because some instructors are pregnant, but it's really nice to have the option for a low heat class. I'd love to see it continued and/or even extended to some C2 classes.

Love that you have a parking garage. Sad that you no longer have merchandise available due to break-ins. It seems you have a teacher shortage as some of my favorites are no longer there and some of the current ones are teaching too much and they are not great. Teachers need to speak more loudly or use a microphone, which they have said they don't like to do. Overall though I am happy with Rockridge.
