Rockridge instructors are always friendly and welcoming. I have become friends with so many of the instructors because they are so easy to talk to. I go to the studio everyday. Having free parking is a huuuge perk and it’s always clean and easy to use the locker areas. I feel very very lucky to live so close to an amazing studio. I love the Rockridge studio!

Rockridge has great natural light, very modern. The entrance to ladies locker room is very tight; there are lockers against the wall and on the other side are the sinks. I like the fact there are lockers in the hall leading to the studios.

CorePower offers consistent yoga classes from a variety of phenomenal teachers. I like that I always know what I'm gonna get from a CorePower class, strong, powerful, work-for-it flow classes. I recommend CorePower to anyone who wants to improve their yoga practice and increase their strength at the same time.

more parking would be great as sometimes the garage fills up.. also, locker rooms are small (no place to really get changed/dressed for more than 1 person).
