Great studio, best staff on the planet, clean, and good schedules.

Really like the studio experience, so clean, smells nice, lighting is nice - just a treat to come to class at this studio. I also have had great instructors every time - no need to just follow one person.

Loving the magical duo that teaches the Core Restore w/ soundbath on Sundays! The pacing, slow flow, long poses and concentration on floor relaxation and the COOL room temperature is just perfect way to wind down the weekend. Love bringing my weighted lavender eye mask and fleece blanket to maximize the restorative nature of yin yoga. Wish it could be a full 60 min restorative and 30 mins of sound healing.
Need to balance all that hearty heated classes with slow flow that focuses soley on inner peace.

Nice studio, well kept up and clean

Love the studio experience - the lighting, music, and cleanliness make it such a pleasure for coming to class.

Good classes, heaters always work, easy parking and lockers with locks.

My first time experience was very delightful. The place is clean, the staff is helpful, everything is punctual and my instructor had a great pace. The only thing I had A tough time with was parking.

The staff and trainers are so friendly and professional! It always brings a smile to my face when instructors remember my name. The facilities are spotless and I’m so grateful for the parking accommodations! Rockridge is my FAVORITE STUDIO!

I’ve been taking CorePower classes for 6 months now and I have to say; this was by far my favorite class I have ever taken. I took the C1 heated candlelight flow with LaKia and I truly don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience before her class!!! It was fun, it was relaxing, it was just the right bit challenging - it was everything! I can’t wait to take my next class with her!

I love the variety of classes Corepower has to offer. There is something for everyone. My favorite would be Soundbath from Kristen. She has over thousands of dollars worth of equipment for this class and her set up is extensive. She is therapy, light, and love all in one.

I wish there was a gratuity button on our app where we can send 25 cents to $1, $2, $3, and custom. If a teacher has 30 students, she or he can hopefully get $5 or more, and that would definitely keep great teachers around, and pay such expensive equipment for soundbaths. I have been at corepower for almost a decade and I would love to see more teachers stay. I would love to see more music, like handpan and DJs.

The instructors and the classes are great, the people are friendly, and the studios and the equipment are nice and so are the bathrooms and the locker rooms.

I’ve responded to this before. Love the instructors, the variety of classes, the ease of scheduling, the community and the clean and welcoming studio.
