Arrow took over our previous service provider, Knockout Pest, without any disruption of service. Arrow provides the same great quality of service that we got from Knockout and we are extremely pleased with them. Arrow is always prompt in notifying us that our quarterly pest or biannual termite service is due, and the scheduling via email option is very helpful for people like us who lead busy lives. Arrow's techs have all been absolutely the best - clean (they always put on shoe covers when they come in the house), quick, and thorough (I just had my quarterly pest control visit and I was shocked by the amount of time the tech spent and how he went over every inch of the areas he serviced). I highly recommend Arrow Exterminators.
