I have been using Arrow Exterminators for about 8 years now for my pest control and mosquito treatments. I haven't used any other pest control services in the area for the sole reason that Arrow Exterminators has been so awesome. I have a dedicated technician named Ian Hartzell who is not only just a phenomenal person, but really cares deeply about the work that he does. He goes above and beyond to make sure that before he leaves my home is completely secure! Couldn't recommend these guys enough they are great! A+

My first service representative was very informative and professional. He explained the chemicals used and said if we ever needed help outside of the normal quarterly service just call and someone would take care of it.
He said they are now providing lawn services that include fertilizer, insect aside and herbaside 8 times a year at a reasonable price. I am going to try this since buying and storing lawn treatment products is a constant problem.
Dale is a very nice youn man. He is very through and always asks if I have any problems or concerns. My house is insect free!

I like employees like Wayne who are courteous, knowledgable, and aren't salesmen. Other of your employees have spent their time trying to talk me into mosquito service, or termite service, or wildlife service, or ant service, anything. Wayne comes and does his work, does it well, is knowledgable, and leaves. Certainly if we are having trouble or I have a concern, he will recommend a course of action that could include one of your extra services, but otherwise he is focused on his service.
I also like that you still physically call to make an appointment. I do wish you had an online system where I could make an appointment outside of buisness hours, but otherwise the personal touch is nice.
