We had noticed some dirt or sand in one corner of our bathroom. So I called Arrow to send someone to look at this as we've had termites before and were taking no changes.

A supervisor with Arrow, Steve, arrived exactly at 9:00 a. m. as scheduled. He immediately assessed the issue in the bathroom as, thankfully, not being termites but carpenter ants.

Since we had no termite or pest control on our recently purchased home, we asked Steve to go over the services that Arrow provides. He spent a lot of time explaining all the services and costs, as well as explaining how Arrow is a family-owned business and that the customer's satisfaction with their work is paramount. So we signed up with Arrow for pest and termite control and I can highly recommend Arrow to meet your needs in servicing your home pest control needs.
