Services are great but communication with customer was bad. I specifically stated on my on -line order of propane if you could please e-mail me the day before delivery as to the time it will be delivered that next day so I can move my car (electric car on charger) so that the driver has an easy time pulling into the space. I was not notified. Even the driver said that that note was put on my delivery bill. It sure would be nice to know the day ahead of time so I can move my car. Please try to do this next time.

I was upset by Eastern propane for a while because the price per gallon kept creeping up regularly. I was ready to line up another vendor whose price per gallon was about 50 cents lower. I've been with Eastern for many years and really did not want to go through the hassle of swapping out the tanks in order to buy propane for the other guy so I called Eastern and the lady gave me a price close to the other guy. I really appreciated that.
Then recently I called Eastern to report that the gauges on the tanks were not working. One gauge read 100 and the other was close to zero. When the technician came out to look at it he discovered that the tanks were about two years over the date when they should have been replaced. The bottom of the tanks were starting to rust out and the gauges were broken so he told me he was going to put in a ticket to replace them both. About a week later Eastern showed up, replaced the tanks, and filled them up at a price I can live with.
So, after all that, I will stick with Eastern Propane.

One item I would address is adding a text message and/or email reminder for upcoming auto deliveries since in some cases locked gates may be a problem for some homes.
