Customer service is responsive are very proactive with tank fill requests and being helpful when/if you need filled early due to Dr/medical/ scheduling conflicts/ homeowner appointments/needs. And the tanker crew are pleasant. No question is ever too small.

I was very impressed with the emergence service. I needed fuel and they offered to bring it to me on a Saturday night. They arrived Sunday morning at the time they said they would. I was not expecting to get service until Monday. Yes, there was a mixup on my usage, but they were able to solve my problem quicker than I expected.
No hassles. Always on time. Great delivery staff. No need to call for refill as a result of remote monitoring.

Don’t like the invoice printout being left on the tank. They used to leave it on our front door.

The automatic delivery feature pushes the delivery to almost last drop of propane before delivery. That makes you nervous as a customer and you start calling in anyway for delivery request.
The pricing could be a bit better, but otherwise it's been ok.
Prompt delivery
My wife and I are very pleased with Superior Propane. We scheduled a delivery for our cabin at Bear River and then it snowed over a foot deep making access impossible for a large heavy truck to drive in. We thought for sure no delivery until spring, but to pleasant surprise, they kept us on the schedule and made our delivery last week when the snow had melted enough to allow access.
We greatly appreciate their willingness to provide service.
