The most important feature of Townsend Energy are the excellent fronitline office staff that answer and respond to customer calls. They are the reason I remain a loyal customer.
There is one thing that I hate about the Superior Energy experience: the anual entollment in the delivery price agreement. A postcard arrives anouncing that the contracts are online. I will never enroll online because the terms of the contract never are consistent with the past years terms and must be changed.

The propane heats my home and cooks my food well enough. I' do not like having to buy in at a lower price for $90. However, Derick, my delivery person, is a very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. He deserves a big salary raise!
