Propane pricing has always been very reasonable.
Office staff are always friendly, and they go above and beyond to keep things right, or to make things right when something isn't quite right.
Delivery persons are always friendly, and very respectful of the property (trees, bushes, flowers, parked cars, etc.).
If on auto-delivery schedule, and propane level has not fallen faster than next scheduled delivery, delivery is always prompt, never worrying about running too low.
But if propane level falls faster than next auto delivery, one call, and they are here within a day or two.

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who helped me set everything up over the phone. After buying our house this year we had to set up a propane account and this was the first time we'd ever used propane. I had a ton of questions and they were all answered in a timely manner. The level of customer service was top notch. They came out to inspect the system in a timely manner and shortly after that I was all filled up and ready to go. The pricing was very reasonable and, again, everything was explained perfectly. With the lowest pricing I could find ni honestly didn't expect that the customer service would be as good af it was. I highly recommend this company as a provider.
I believe I get a fair price. I am recognized as a large buyer of propane as a residential customer. When I call customer service I can easily reach a person, as opposed to some god awful automated system, and I have always been able to quickly address any issues.
I like to be able to lock in the price. Not a fan of the $95.00 charge to do so.
