Superior Propane is always responsive and timely with any issue at all. They are proactive in keeping my tank full before winter. If I call about an issue they pick up immediately and if there is an issue send people to help. Great company.
I was confused when a truck with another name was parked in front of my house but a delivery person was walking down the neighbor's driveway and apparently into our yard where the fuel tanks are located. I had to leave before I could investigate further. When I arrived at home, there was a bill from a fuel company which was located elseware., They left a bill in the mail box. I haven't paid the bill yet and haven't located who actually delivered the fuel. I hope that it's the same as it has always been. Their delivery was outstanding.

everything from ordering to delivery and payment are easy and convenient. Even with many homes around me converting to natural gas I prefer the efficiency of propane over natural gas. This was my first home using propane. My homes previously in Bergen County, NJ and also in Guilford County, NC used natural gas. And even considering this, I'm sticking with the propane and you guys.
I like the membership cards, and the 8 cents a gallon break. also, the attendants are very nice. I'm handicapped and they are always happy to pump my gas for me. I'm not sure if they do this at your other stations; but many thanks to the attendants at your Seneca Falls location. I would really be in trouble without them.

How polite the driver was when he came to the house to deliver our fuel. I asked if he needed me to move anything, which he assured me that he could safely navigate around our vehicles.
