I don't call very often but I am almost pleased with how I seem to be treated fairly and respectfully by the various customer service representatives, even if they are not familiar with me. I also appreciate being told by a staff member that "they don't understand something and will need to look into it more and get back to me". When I have talked with what appears to be a newer person and they don't offer that type of courtesy because they want to appear like they know everything that needs to be known, I am actually put off by that type of service.
