Our order for a bicycle for our grandson was taken over the telephone. The gentleman who took our call was very patient with our questions and recommended a bike that is perfect for our requirements.
When it was ready for pickup, the service was once again terrific. The new bicycle, fitted out with a kickstand and bell, was brought out to us on the sidewalk.....a handsfree, "socially distanced" delivery.
