I love the Tribeca studio! My favorite instructors are Katharine and Jenny. They are so great - they all are! There are times though when the room isn't that hot (80 degrees), and it doesn't feel like I am sweating as much :(
I think it’s a great atmosphere and workout to really relieve stress and get a good sweat. I enjoy that there is still a peaceful aspect about the workout while also being intense and challenging.

Loved the Tribeca studio. Went to Abbe's special class on Tuesday and wish it was a regularly occurring class- it was amazing!
The Tribeca studio is on the bigger side so you never feel jam packed in there.
Big thank you for (finally) getting new mats. Still remain disappointed about charging for towels, but nonetheless love CP Tribeca!

The combination of yoga/strength/cardio in Yoga Sculpt. It’s the best workout I’ve ever done.
