I LOVE the Yoga Sculpt class. It's an amazing workout and great mix of cardio, weights and yoga. I also LOVE the instructors. They are so friendly and seem to love what they do.
My only complaint is that towels should be free...it's tough in NYC to travel and wash towels for every class. It'd be a great perk to Black Tag members to offer free towels and mats for class....other studios offer these perks to unlimited members.

Coreopwer Yoga has the exact combo of what I'm looking for in a workout: the strengthening and mental stamina of a typical yoga class, combined with the kickass punch of a weights/cardio workout. I went to Tribeca for a different teacher, but Rebecca (the sub) was super fun and energetic and made my Yoga Sculpt experience a positive one. I'm delighted to be a Black Tag Member!

This is the best workout ever with really great instructors. I have yet to have a bad experience. The one thing that should change is the additional cost for mats and towels. This is already one of the most expensive classes in the city, these things should be included.

I’ve only taken one class at Tribeca and my instructor Amanda was amazing. Best sculpt class I’ve ever take ! The studio space is huge and very nice.
