How the workout has improved my body
Excellent classes. Wonderful teachers
Tony is a very good yoga teacher, not only because of the way he teaches, but off the work I hear him do on his own outside off class. In class i learned new ways to do poses, and a new fllow, plus he payed attention to details. One thing that was off was that my mat smelled a bit like body odor, so I suggest cleaning up the mats or renewing them, teacher is good though.
The instructors are very friendly and they put in a lot of effort to make the sessions interesting for every level of practitioner.
