Location! It’s the closest one to home (Farmington) by far! It would be even more challenging to include the best yoga practice in my schedule without this south metro location.

The facility is clean and inviting. The instructors are helpful, friendly, and good at their practices. I have never felt unwelcome-- plus, it's a great workout! Also, they have cute clothes for sale, and there are sometimes really good deals.
Always a big fan of CP Apple Valley!! I have to say Lisa’s class the other day turned my day around - she’s awesome :) great teachers that motivate me on my yoga journey!
Can’t recommend this studio enough! Everyone I encountered, especially the manager, were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The teachers are skilled and knowledgeable - I took several classes and all were fantastic. The studio is super clean and has thoughtful details to make for an overall fantastic experience.

The instructors are bomb-dot-com!! To accommodate my kiddos this summer I’ve been attending the 530 am sculpt classes. That’s right... I set my alarm for 450 to make it to class. It’s that fab!! I’m setting my day up for success and that’s more than worth the missed sleep. I love CPY!!
