The instructors are bomb-dot-com!! To accommodate my kiddos this summer I’ve been attending the 530 am sculpt classes. That’s right... I set my alarm for 450 to make it to class. It’s that fab!! I’m setting my day up for success and that’s more than worth the missed sleep. I love CPY!!

Trainers are very good at explaining everything about Yoga to the newbies like me and they don't judge. Class sizes are nice too.
Friendly staff. Clean studios and locker rooms. Soothing environment. Quality, varied class content. Healthy fun. Talented, helpful instructors. My only suggestion would be to bring back core restore classes. I miss Samantha!

I like the variety of classtimes and class formats. I can typically find a class to fit my schedule any day I want to take class.
Everyone is friendly and helpful with questions I might have! There are overall good vibes whenever I walk in and it feels so clean and fresh (until its time to get sweatyyy)!
