Excellent selection of teachers
I love the intensity. Not just yoga but cardio & strength. Some classes get a little too hot, maybe the instructor didn't know how to adjust the heat (8 people had to leave a class to get air) but the last class I took was perfect!
I love Woodbury, but the Women’s locker room is too small for the amount of people using it and trying to shower in the morning.
Erin is the BEST!! The schedule has variety, the instructors are excellent and care, the facilities are clean! I look forward to the Woodbury remodel, even though I will need to travel for a few weeks "WAY" out of my way, but it is temporary.
Its great, and purely because of the energetic teachers :)
Erin is a great manager at the Woodbury studio and the teachers go above and beyond there. Highly recommend!

CP Woodbury is so fantastic! Erin has done such a fabulous job recruiting teachers. So many classes on the schedule now. So much improved. Our teachers are great. Classes are a great workout and fun!

They have nice facilities. I love the classes. I got to sculpt with Hannah, Julia and Erin. As well as core restore with Jan is so relaxing! They have nice merchandise. CorePower has helped me find an exercise routine that works for me and is helping me achieve my health goals.

Erin is HOME!! Her drive and contagious enthusiasm for yoga is back at Woodbury. The weekly schedule has more class variety, quality instructors, and hardly any cancellations. I don’t have to travel to Grand Studio, now.
