Erin is HOME!! Her drive and contagious enthusiasm for yoga is back at Woodbury. The weekly schedule has more class variety, quality instructors, and hardly any cancellations. I don’t have to travel to Grand Studio, now.
The women’s locker room is clean and functioning!!

I really like the instructors in all the classes I have attended!!! They are very informative and demonstrate the different position so you understand what they are asking you to do and they show different versions if your having trouble with the ones they are doing.
Most of all no judgement zone! Thanx Tom

The instructions are amazing!

Love the instructors. Love the studio. However, too much Taylor Swift. It’s in the lobby and locker rooms all the time and often 2-4 songs in 1 class. Decent music, but there are millions of musicians out there which can be played in addition.

Great Wednesday night sculpt class

I absolutely love this studio and the classes. In particular, doing Sculpt on Saturdays has been a highlight. My only feedback is that at Julia’s 10:30 class on Saturday, it was packed to the full 60 people. The music was loud, which is great, but with that many people and the music, she really needed a mic. The back two rows, even in the main section, not just the back, couldn’t hear her at all. We all had to rely on watching other people, to which they also seemed confused and kept doing different things. It was very hard to get a work out in because we were constantly reps behind trying to figure out what she was saying. This was the second time packed like this I’ve seen this and everyone leaving the class sitting back by the racks were frustrated.

The instructors, they are always in the moment, helpful and great energy🧘‍♀️

Maddy had a burner sculpt class, best I’ve been to! Loved how she kept the energy up. Such a good workout, she hit every muscle group. Will have to go again soon.
