Fun to experience something different than what I normally do to work out….

This studio always has amazing instructors. The rooms are always super hot. The music is crazy upbeat and the classes are awesome. They are butt kickers. I love this place.

I like how good of a workout I get in 1 hour and how good I feel after. I also enjoy how no one says anything when I need to take a break and just sit on my mat during class.

I love taking Chrissie C yoga sculpt class at the Woodbury location. Staff is very friendly.
