I like being in a class with other students. I like the hot experience because I feel relaxed. Also, I feel like it’s challenging to stay focused and balanced while your body is uncomfortable. Takes a lot of mental focus.

I loved my expierence on the 1-week free trial. I enjoyed all the instructors and the service provided.

I stopped going for a while just because the vibes in the studio always felt very click-y and judgemental, but I came back recently and really enjoyed it. It wasn't over packed and I didn't get a sense that there was the intense "GO GO GO!" army intensity vibe in the studio this time. Much appreciated.

Staff was very pleasant from the moment I walked in. I was provided a brief tour before entering the studio where class was held. I really enjoyed this class, the instructor was subbing from Apple Valley. She had high energy, was very motivating and the playlist was GREAT! There was no pressure to perform all the moves, you were able to modify when needed and if you needed fresh air, the door was open for you to leave class and re-enter when your were ready! I will definitely be back.

The instructors are amazing, knowledgable, approachable and fun. Play lists are up tempo and fun! Room is a great temperature. Routines are difficult with options to make easier. Routines evolve periodically to keep it fresh! Classes are packed all the time and that speaks volumes. Keep up the great work!!!

Good energy classes

Clean studio, convenient parking, great instructors

It was the first time I had ever done yoga. My wife has been going for years and I thought " what the heck...let's do this!"
I'm 57, I am a weights and boxing kind of guy. Always been a fitness guy but have always avoided yoga. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience, the results, and would definitely go again.
The trainer was wonderful, too!

I love the 7:30am Saturday sculpt and hot yoga classes. I try to get in a few a month. Both instructors are Awesome.

Excellent teachers, effective hot yoga rooms. I prefer Hot. Power Fusion without any weights for the nice long flowing ad stretching one gets. You feel “exercised” when you’re done!

Easy to schedule and attend classes. Staff is always welcoming and very helpful.

I absolutely adore the scalp classes. The instructors all do a great job. The facility is nice and clean and tidy the managers engaged. The only thing I would consider changing is having songs play with slurs. It just makes me feel uncomfortable. I don’t hear that often but when I do, it’s very noticeable Adelaide to shout out Abby for her awesome class and Gabby for her great class.

Our instructor was amazing! She pushed us to the limit and maximized the time of working out. The room was hot and humid, which was great. I only had a limited time to work out, so I am happy I can just do sculpt and not have to supplement with another exercise routine.
