Excellent teachers, effective hot yoga rooms. I prefer Hot. Power Fusion without any weights for the nice long flowing ad stretching one gets. You feel “exercised” when you’re done!

I absolutely adore the scalp classes. The instructors all do a great job. The facility is nice and clean and tidy the managers engaged. The only thing I would consider changing is having songs play with slurs. It just makes me feel uncomfortable. I don’t hear that often but when I do, it’s very noticeable Adelaide to shout out Abby for her awesome class and Gabby for her great class.

Our instructor was amazing! She pushed us to the limit and maximized the time of working out. The room was hot and humid, which was great. I only had a limited time to work out, so I am happy I can just do sculpt and not have to supplement with another exercise routine.

I love the variety of classes offered at all times during the day. I have done yoga classes at the gym, but they are too cold to get a good workout. The heated classes are so wonderful, especially in the winter. The buddy passes are a great way to introduce my friends to CorePower.

You have some absolutely fantastic instructors!

If you have a class of 70 people and one person complains that it’s too hot, it doesn’t mean the instructor did anything wrong—there are still 69 happy people. One outlier doesn’t mean the instructor made a mistake; it simply means that person might need to find a different class.

I use the Wellhub app and mistakenly tried to check in for a CorePower class at the wrong location. The teacher for the 0600 class was working the front desk, she was kind and patient with me. She made the check in process smooth and I really appreciated her help. Thank you!!

The Woodbury CorePower studio is AMAZING. The teachers, the classes, the motivation, the message….all of it keeps me coming back!

I love the rooms, the floor, the amount of heat most days. I really appreciate the attention to detail for all the moves. What good is it if someone is doing them wrong!! It is easy to get in. And out! I didn’t mind when the steam wasn’t there along with the heat!! There are enough variety of classes that if my favorite teacher isn’t there - there is another option!

CorePower Woodbury is a gem of a studio. Every single instructor is gifted beyond belief. Some of my faves include Erin, Maddie, Julia, Julianne, Hannah, Elizabeth, Abby, Jasmine, Shelagh, and Charlene.
There are people from the Twin Cities that drive to Woodbury just for the caliber of teachers. That says something! I hope the CorePower company is appreciating and compensating these teachers for the gift of their craft.
