The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Always ready to help. The inside and out is clean and well maintained. So is the equipment and the trainers will answer questions you have.
I have made many friends in Terri's class. Terri is a terrific instructor. I have back problems and strengthening my core has been such an awesome help. All in all I totally enjoy the Y. I enjoy everything about it. An A+++-

Very friendly staff, coach Vita is a good fit for the toddler basketball program. I’m taking a swim class in the near future, I hope everyone is friendly as the staff I’ve interacted with so far. Hampton YMCA will definitely be my top pick for future classes and programs. Only negative is the air conditioner doesn’t work in the gymnasium. Which is unacceptable during the summer. The heat can be very dangerous for our little ones.
The staff is very friendly and diverse. I love this facility and will pass others in order to work out or attend events located here. I am disabled and everyone is very helpful when I need assistance. Thank You!!
Water temp is perfect in family pool. Facilities are bright and cheerful.

I love everything. Wonderful staff and group exercise classes.
Clean and friendly environment.
One suggestion- need to replace several pads on the weight machines. Too many are cracked and rub on skin when being used. Also may hide germs even when wiped off.

I have two new neighbors and I have HIGHLY recommended the Y. I think your staff is excellent and I also have made many friends in the Y community as a whole. The training staff is always friendly and helpful and even the front desk folks are very welcoming.
