Everything is great except the gym (fitness center, not basketball gym) is very dirty and dusty. The ceiling fans in particular need a good cleaning

Friendly staff (Gretchen's the best), good equiment, sauna and hot tub. Need a back machine. Locker room could be bigger as it gets very crowded at times. Thx for the new treadmills. Convenient location.

I like instructors in the group classes, friendly and clean environment
Gym and locker facilities are excellent. Front office staff is friendly, especially Sally. She greets the members personally.
