Camp this years has been awesome for my kiddo! She has had so much fun, she skips out every day. We very much enjoyed the specialty camps offered - especially the cooking camp! This is our second year going to camp at Luter YMCA and I felt that this year was much much better organized and well-run. The counselors were great!

I enjoyed Visting the Hampton YMCA with a friend. I usually attend the Newport News YMCA. The front desk lady was very helpful in getting me up to date with Y-connect app. Now I’m u to date with my tech info, I was very pleased
I play pickle ball at the Y 4 days a week with friends and enjoy it very much. The only draw back is that sometimes we have so many players that we have to sit out a lot of games. Wish there were 2 courts.

My daughter went to volleyball camp for 9-12 yr old. She had a blast. The instructor’s were kind and patient with her. She loved learning new skills. She loved it to much we signed her up for another volleyball camp.
Our y offers a good assortment of classes that fit the need for its members. The employees are friendly and very helpful.
At the age of 71 and having 11 operations on my body water or just with my body needs would recommend to anyone who is having joint pains

I like that it is not only a gym it provides an environment that is conducive to the member and their family
I enjoy the quiet environment, the access to equipment, and being able to watch TV while on treadmill which makes the time go faster. The Fort Monroe Y is closer to my home. I also like this facility because it is not crowded when I work out.
Please encourage the attendants in the execise areas to remind users of equipment to clean before and after use. Sometimes I observe users who do not clean after use and attendants do not seem to pay attention to this important Y policy. With a current rise in COVID , attention to this is needed.

Membership staff were nice!! Dee helped me find lessons. The Aquatics director was very flexible with finding dates and times for him. Julie is truly a jewel. The swim instructors were very patient.
Everything!! My workout sessions, with and without a trainer are awesome. My grandson loves the basketball and weight workout area; my granddaughter loves the swim lessons and workout machines (i.e. - elliptical, indoor track, and weight area.
Scheduling is perfect for me
I like how you can get help with what you need. The staff and the members are so sweet. Had a good time in the pool doing the polo work out

The y is always clean. The people at the front desk call you by name when you walk in and are always so friendly and helpful. The trainers are always there to help with any questions you may have about equipment or how to use . Restrooms are clean. Play good music.
