Loving the new gym it's fab. Love the spa Amwell but it is so overcrowded in morning sessions lots of folk in there with out armbands I don't think they realise u need to get a armband at reception and u can enter without one, staff don't check.looking forward to pool opening again hopefully some fun new features in kids pool.
As a senior citizen I enjoy the classes you provide for us.

I just moved to the area and before that I used better gym. I find this gym far superior compared to better gym. the pool is great too and the spa/steam rooms is a nice touch

The referb, new equipment, friendly staff, locker area needs more attention, lockers constantly filled for days with same items and security not great
All the staff are very friendly while remaining professional, also they are very knowledgeable about the equipment classes and all aspects of the Centre. I believe in the gym there is a great selection of apparatus however there is only one machine for leg extensions and one for leg curls and I'm constantly finding myself waiting to use either one. Adding another machine for each would make the gym 100% perfect in my experience. I am 62 years old and ive been using gyms all my life and was using the Valley leisure centre in the 1970s when it first opened. I then left in 1979 to work over seas. And now retired at am back living here and using the Valley at least 3 time a week. Please keep up the good work and try to add the missing apparatus that would make all the difference. Having just joined Crumlin leisure centre, the centre is fantastic, staff are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful at all times. Parking is beside the centre. The timetable offers something for all ages. I’ve started yoga, pilates, pump and dance to date. I’d love to see more evening yoga, pilates and pump classes if possible and also early Saturday/Sunday morning if feasible. Thank you to the staff at Crumlin and keep up the great work.

Ladies changing rooms in the gym as discussed with your manager today I would like more space for benches too many lockers not being used and not enough space to get changed
And also a shelf or hanger in the individual cubicles to set bag on when changing would be ideal

The Arciture and design enabling you to move between gym, swimming pool and Spa area without entering a public thoroughfare is fantastic.
The swimming pool allows for public fun and experience and still puts a lane up for swimming lengths to enable folk maintain fitness targets. A great and sensible consideration to encourage health and fitness.
Staff are considerate and helpful around the fitness suite area and front desk
Over all it's a present experience at the Valley.
