Excellent instructors
I enjoy going to Antrim Forum because of the friendly atmosphere. The instructors are hard working and of a very friendly nature. The sooner there is a cafe up and running the better! Also the Forum is looking really well. Well done!
Flexibility of opening hours.
Definitely very happy with the centre and the excellent service that the hard working staff provide, the only thing that sometimes frustrates me is the shortage of lockers in the ground floor male chaging rooms, and hardly any of them have hangers as they seem to have fallen off and not been replaced. Apart from that it's an excellent facility and the staff are very helpful.
Great variety of classes . Easy booking system and great spa. Would want to see return of the Fit and Active format for seniors as the new live long is inferior to it.
Great facilities, brilliant instructors, I really appreciate the way the system is updated to let you know if a class is being covered by a different instructor.
Great facilities, excellent choice of classes and brilliant fitness instructors. The membership fees are very competitive too.

I like that I can book online, no queues at the entrance.
Its clean, staff are very friendly and helpful.
Toilets at the entrance are great but others could do with an update.
Classes are often full so maybe now The Valley needs to expand to meet 21 century demand.
Parking is also great and I feel safe going to my car even at night

I enjoy the Valley Leisure Centre... staff are usually very helpful, friendly and if there is any problem they do seem to fix it.... I was wondering when we are due to get the refurb that Antrim Forum has had recently and we were told would be happening in the Valley too... looking forward to an even better facility.
The changing rooms are usually very clean, hard to maintain with so many ladies using them! Joan does a great job and is very friendly too...
Wish the room was bigger for Pilates and the air con was better as well.... can get very cold in there when it's switched on and the door into small corridor needs automatic closing fixed... it's not closing properly and the door then opens and causes a draught... I haven't mentioned this to staff and I'm sure if I did they would sort. Overall I'm very happy with it.
Its close to home.
I would love it to open a wee bit earlier and for them to extend the gym. I would take those rooms away at the back and extend the gym into them.
Yoga could be used in the empty hall downstairs maybe

It’s close to home . Plenty of classes to choose from . One of ur receptionist very very help 10x 10 for him Jason . One hig up some of the classes people r just walking in. X not booking. A bit crowded so u can’t enjoy classes as much . This is reason not 10 .

Enjoying all my classes with great instructors who are enthusiastic and never late. Like that substitute instructors are used when usual ones are unavailable.
Glad numbers were kept to 22 in Pilates.
Could do with new water weights for aqua as most women like the lighter ones and not enough of these. Some of the heavier ones need replaced.

but great gym friendly people.
